Terms and conditions
These terms apply to every request and booking of Anita's Schlager Parade through this website.
Request and agreement
A request through this website is non-binding. A booking only comes about once we have confirmed it in writing (by email or WhatsApp), stating the date, the place, the duration and the price.
Price and payment
The price is stated in the confirmation. VAT and any travel or accommodation costs are listed separately there when they apply. Payment is made as agreed in the confirmation.
Cancellation
Cancellation is only possible in writing. What is owed on cancellation is stated in the confirmation; costs we have already incurred may be charged. We are happy to move a booking to another date when our calendar allows it.
Performance
The client provides a safe and suitable place to perform or deliver: enough space, power where needed, and the permits or permission the venue requires. If the performance cannot go ahead, or cannot go ahead safely, as a result, the agreed price remains due.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of the booking. We are not liable for indirect damage, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.
Force majeure
In the event of illness, extreme weather or other force majeure we look for a solution together: a replacement, a new date or a refund of what has already been paid. Further damage is not compensated.
Reviews
Reviews on this website are written by visitors. We read them before publication and may refuse or remove a review if it is not about a real experience, is offensive or contains other people's personal data. Nobody is ever paid for a review.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of Netherlands.
